Ed Beltran is a current field service Technician at the Howard County Public School Systems, where he repairs Chromebooks and inspects them for any software and hardware issues. Not only he fixes Chromebooks, he also imaged Dell PCs according to their educational environments and fixes printer issues.
Before working at the Howard County Public School Systems, he worked as an IT Support Coordinator, Front End Developer, and Website Quality Assurance Tester at Mays and Associatees , where he develop Clients websites using WordPress. In addition, he provided IT support to the clients website, such as fixing functionality issues and making website content changes, and test websites before and during launch dates.
